I’m Rachel Seidman.
I am sales leader with 12+ years of experience at Google, helping some of the world’s most influential tech companies grow their businesses. I currently lead a $XB global advertising business, successfully navigating the corporate world as a deaf, Latina, and Jewish sales leader. I have cochlear implants in both ears and had to “re-learn” how to hear. My experience as a deaf salesperson is one of tenacity, advocacy, and resilience. DE&I conversations rarely include disability, but I am working hard to change that. I am passionate about embracing discomfort, helping women grow their careers, and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.
